Prep: 5 mins Yields: 2 cups Ingredients 6 tomatillos ½ red onion 4 cloves garlic 1-2 Serrano peppers ¼ cup cilantro juice of one lime 2 avocados 1 teaspoon salt Directions 1Remove the skins from the tomatillos and quarter. Cut the onion and pepper into large chunks. 2Place the tomatillos, onion, garlic, peppers, cilantro and lime juice in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. 3Add the avocado and salt and pulse, until it reaches your desired consistency. 4Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend. TIPS This goes great on our Grilled Anaheim Turkey Burger. It’s also great on chicken, fish, pork or steak close full screen 00:00 0 Reviews Leave a Reply Cancel reply Christie 2016-10-10T20:23:23+00:00 Share Your Love of Grilling FacebookTwitterLinkedinRedditTumblrGoogle+PinterestVkEmail About the Author: Christie I love to cook outdoors.
