Baby bok choy

Olive oil

Kosher salt

Black pepper


1Heat the grill to medium-high (375-400F degrees).

2Cut the bok choy in half.

3Season both sides with olive oil, salt and pepper.

4Grill cut side down 10 minutes.

5Flip grill 5 minutes.
