4Heat half the grill to 375 degrees. Place the skillets over indirect heat (the side with the burners off). Bake for 60 minutes. Rotate. Continue baking for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5Remove to the counter and allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve with butter.
If using a Big Green Egg, use the plate setter for indirect heat.
The batter may rise over the sides. That’s okay. It adds character. It will burn off.
