Grilled Cranberry Sauce

Ditch the can. Upgrade your Thanksgiving dinner with homemade cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

1 12-oz. bag fresh cranberries

½ cup sugar

2 clementines or tangerines, chopped (about ½ cup)

½ cup apricot-pineapple jelly

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

1/8 tsp. kosher salt

Directions

1Heat a grill to medium-high heat.

2Place the berries and sugar in a pot. Place the pot on the grill and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The berries will pop and break down into a syrup.

3Peel the clementine oranges and chop with a knife or in a food processor. Stir the oranges, jelly, cinnamon and salt into the cranberry sauce.

4Serve alongside your Thanksgiving turkey.

TIPS

This can be made on any type of grill or a campfire with a grill grate or on the stove top.
