Follow this basic grilled fish recipe for a perfect filet every time. Prep: 5 mins Cook: 10 mins Yields: 2 servings Ingredients 2 fish filets olive oil salt and pepper 2 tablespoons melted butter 1 tsp. lemon juice Directions 1Drizzle olive oil on the filets and season with salt and pepper. 2Heat the grill to medium high. Using a paper towel and tongs, rub vegetable oil on the grates. Place the filets on the grill skin-side down. 3Grill it until it forms a char on the bottom and is easy to flip, about five minutes. If you try to flip it too soon, the fish will break apart. 4Continue grilling until it is cooked through and begins to flake. Remove to a sheet pan. 5Combine the butter and lemon juice and drizzle over the fish. close full screen 00:00 0 Reviews Leave a Reply Cancel reply Christie 2016-06-18T15:26:20+00:00 Share Your Love of Grilling FacebookTwitterLinkedinRedditTumblrGoogle+PinterestVkEmail About the Author: Christie I love to cook outdoors.
