Grilled Potatoes

Olive oil

Kosher salt

Black pepper


1Heat the grill to medium-high (375-400F degrees).

2Cut into wedges.

3Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave 3-5 minutes, until fork tender.

4Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

5Grill 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.


This recipe works with any type of potato, including sweet potatoes, fingerling potatoes and russet potatoes.

We like to leave the skins on for added nutrients and color, but you can peel them before microwaving, if you prefer.
