Prep: 5 mins Cook: 20 mins Ingredients Pork chops Olive oil Soy sauce Zestuous Rub Directions 1Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle liberally with Zestuous Rub. 2Heat the grill to 400-450 degrees. Place the chops on the grill. Grill for 7 minutes. Flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes to desired wellness (USDA recommends 145 degrees). 3Remove to a plate or pan. Cover with foil and let rest for about 5 minutes.This technique works with any type of rub. Experiment and find one you like.
