Grilled Zaatar Pork Loin

Grilled Zaatar Pork - Perfectly moist pork loin crusted with flavors from the Middle East

1 pork tenderloin

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp. zaatar

¼ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. smoked paprika

¼ tsp. salt


1Combine the mayonnaise and spices in a bowl. Smear the mayo mixture over the pork loin.

2Heat the grill to high. Place the pork loin on the grill and close the grill. Grill for 7 minutes.

3Turn the loin over. Reclose the grill, and grill for another 7 minutes. Turn the grill off, and leave the loin in the grill with the lid closed for 5-7 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145 degrees F.

4Slice and serve.
