Grilled Japanese Eggplant

Bring the taste of Asia to your plate in 15 minutes with grilled Japanese eggplant.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2

Ingredients 

  • Japanese eggplant
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions 

  • Heat the grill to medium-high (375-400F degrees).
  • Cut the eggplant in half lengthwise.
  • Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Grill cut side down 7 minutes.
  • Flip grill 8 minutes.
