hello my name is david i have done 5 ibca comp but have never place any advice that can help me please thank you so much.
Hi David. There are a lot of variables that could be at play. The best advice I ever got was from Tuffy. He told me it’s a tenderness game. Once you master that, you can adjust your flavor profiles. And always do your best to make a pretty, consistent box. Those are the semi-free points. Best of luck!
