Using a spatula will help keep the rings together. You can also hold them together with toothpicks.
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Heat the grill to medium-high (375-400F degrees).
- Slice the onions into thick rings.
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill 8 minutes.
- Flip. Grill 8 minutes.
