Grilled Radicchio

Change up your salad options by serving grilled radicchio. It has a slightly bitter taste that marries well with sweet dressings.

  • Radicchio
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper


  • Heat the grill to medium-high (375-400F degrees).
  • Cut the radicchio in half.
  • Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Grill 5 minutes.
  • Flip grill 5 minutes.
