Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsps ground black pepper
  • 2 tsps onion powder
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • 2 tsps dried oregano
  • 2 tsps smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Sprinkle on chicken, beef, pork or seafood before grilling. Grill meat using your favorite method.
  3. Slice or shred the meat, and sprinkle with more rub.
