Dutch Baby Pancake
 1 cup flour
 1 cup milk
 6 eggs
 1 tsps. BBQ rub
 3 tablespoon butter
 Pulled pork
Jack Fire Maple Syrup
 1 tsp. olive oil
 ½ cup white onion, minced
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 ¾ cup pure maple syrup
 ¼ cup Jack Fire Whiskey
 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 1 tsp. Saucy Mama Chipotle Mustard

Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs and rub.

Heat the grill to 450 degrees. Place three Lodge 5-inch Mini Skillets over direct heat on the grill. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in each skillet. Pour 1 cup of batter into each skillet. Close the grill lid. Grill for 6-10 minutes until puffed up.

Top with pulled pork, extra BBQ rub and Jack Fire maple syrup.

Heat the grill to high. Place a pot on top of direct heat. Add the oil, onions and garlic and saute. Add the remaining ingredients and boil for 10 minutes.
