Taco Seasoning

With this versatile taco seasoning, you can grill just about any type of meat and tuck it into tortillas for a fabulous fiesta.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 16

Ingredients 

  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 2 tsps ground black pepper
  • 2 tsps onion powder
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 2 tsps cumin
  • 2 tsps dried oregano
  • 2 tsps smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (optional)

Instructions 

  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Sprinkle on chicken, beef, pork or seafood before grilling. Grill meat using your favorite method.
  • Slice or shred the meat, and sprinkle with more rub.
