1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup flour 3 eggs 2 tbsp butter pinch salt
DUTCH BABY PANCAKE BATTER RECIPE
WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH
Whisk the flour and milk together, until it's smooth. Then, whisk in the eggs and salt.
Place 1 tbsp butter into each skillet and place on the grill or in the oven to melt. Then, add the batter.
COOK @ 425F
Cook about 10 minutes, or until the batter starts to rise and the center is set.
