TRIM CHICKEN

Remove silverskin and any bone pieces where the wing was connected. Leave the tender attached.

BRINE CHICKEN

Combine everything except the olive oil and allow the chicken to soak. This process helps ensure juiciness.

SEASON CHICKEN

Rub with olive oil and seasoning.

GAS GRILL

Heat the grill to 350F degrees and grill for about 15 minutes, flipping often.

PELLET GRILL

Heat the grill to 400F degrees and grill for about 25 minutes, flipping often.

CHARCOAL GRILL

Heat the grill to 350F degrees and grill for about 15 minutes, flipping often.

NINJA FOODI GRILL

Heat the grill to medium heat and grill for about 15 minutes, flipping often.
