GRILLED GLAZED HAM

1/4 CUP DIJON MUSTARD 2 TBSP BBQ RUB 12 OZS BEER, SODA OR JUICE

START WITH A  10-LB PRE-COOKED, SPIRAL-SLICED HAM

PREP YOUR HAM

Rub the mustard and rub all over the ham. Place it in a pan and add the beer, soda or juice.

SMOKE IT

Smoke it at 250F degrees for 3 hours, basting regularly with the pan juices.
