1 stick Crisco shortening 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour ½ tsp. salt 5-7 tablespoons cold water Mix the shortening, flour and salt with a pastry blender. Add water one tablespoon at a time until the dough is smooth and doesn’t crack when flattened.
To create an indirect zone, turn 1-2 burners on and leave 1 burner off. Then cook your food over the section of the grill where the burner is off.

Place your quiche on your preheated grill over indirect heat and cook for 45 minutes, or until the eggs are set.

You can make these quiches bite-sized, too, using mini muffin pans. You'll just need 1 more pie crust and a couple adjustments to cooking time and temp.
