SMOKED 3-2-1 RIBS

MUSTARD BBQ RUB BUTTER BROWN SUGAR HOT HONEY BBQ SAUCE

START WITH A  2 RACKS OF  ST LOUIS STYLE RIBS

PREP YOUR RIBS

Trim off excess fat. Remove silverskin. Rub down with mustard and BBQ rub.

SMOKE 'EM

Smoke at 225F degrees for 3 hours over indirect heat.

WRAP 'EM

Wrap with butter, brown sugar and honey and cook for 2 hours.

SAUCE 'EM

Sauce and smoke for 1 more hour.

SLICE 'EM

Slice and serve and ENJOY!
