SMOKED BABY BACK  RIBS

BBQ RUB APPLE CIDER VINEGAR BUTTER BROWN SUGAR HONEY WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE BBQ SAUCE

START WITH A  2 RACKS OF  BABY BACK RIBS

PREP YOUR RIBS

Remove silverskin by gripping it with a paper towel. Rub down both sides with your favorite pork BBQ rub.

SMOKE 'EM

Smoke at 250F degrees for 2 /12 hours over indirect heat. Spritz with cider vinegar every 45 minutes.

WRAP 'EM

Wrap with butter, brown sugar, honey and Worcestershire sauce and cook for 1 hour.

SAUCE 'EM

Sauce and smoke for 15 more minutes.

SLICE 'EM

The easiest way to slice ribs is with the bones facing up.
