  • 1 bulb garlic
  • olive oil


  1. Heat smoker to 400F degrees.
  2. Slice the top off of the garlic bulb. Place on a sheet of foil. Drizzle with olive oil. Place in smoker for 45 minutes, until the cloves are soft.
