- 2 lbs shrimp (shells on, deveined)
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsps sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Combine all ingredients, and toss to coat.
Grill on high, turning once until charred and pink, about 3 minutes per side.
Peel and eat.
If you don't have fresh ginger, use 1 teaspoon of ground ginger.
You can also use 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic in place of the fresh garlic.
To make grilling the shrimp even easier, add them to metal skewers before placing them on the grill.
