The Best Grilled Shrimp on the Planet

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs shrimp (shells on, deveined)
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsps sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients, and toss to coat.
  • Grill on high, turning once until charred and pink, about 3 minutes per side.
  • Peel and eat.

Notes

If you don't have fresh ginger, use 1 teaspoon of ground ginger. 
You can also use 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic in place of the fresh garlic. 
To make grilling the shrimp even easier, add them to metal skewers before placing them on the grill.
