Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup roasted hatch chiles (canned is fine)
  • 2 cups crema Mexicana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cups shredded quesadilla cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet on a grill over medium heat. Heat up the chiles, crema, milk and seasonings.
  2. Add the cheese. Whisk until melted. Serve with chips.
