Paleo Avocado Salsa
Skip the mayo or gravy, this creamy, paleo Avocado Salsa is purely veggies, so it’s healthy to add an extra dollop to your burgers or pork chops.

Ingredients

tomatillos

red onion

cloves
garlic

Serrano peppers

cilantro
juice of one lime

avocados

Instructions
Remove the skins from the tomatillos and quarter. Cut the onion and pepper into large chunks.
Place the tomatillos, onion, garlic, peppers, cilantro and lime juice in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Add the avocado and salt and pulse, until it reaches your desired consistency.
Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.
