  • Beets
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  • Heat the grill to medium-high (375-400F degrees).
  • Peel the beets.
  • Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Wrap in foil.
  • Grill for about 50 minutes, until fork tender.
