  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 lb green beans trimmed
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  1. Place a wok over medium heat, and heat the oil.

  2. Add the green beans. Cook 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

  3. Add the remaining ingredients. Be careful. It may splatter and create steam. 

  4. Stir and continue cooking for 1 minute, making sure not to burn the garlic.

  5. Remove from heat.
