Blue Cheese Dip, Blue Cheese Dressing Recipe

Next time you make buffalo wings, don't forget the creamy blue cheese dip and celery sticks. This easy dip recipe can be made in 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 3-4 tbsp milk
  • pinch sugar
  • pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, stir together all of the ingredients. Start with 3 tablespoons of milk and add more, if you like it creamier.
  • To make blue cheese dressing, add another tablespoon of milk.

Notes

You can substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream for a healthier option.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
For the best results, make the dip or dressing a few hours in advance.
