When you're looking for a barbecue sandwich that's a little more light, but still indulgent, this smoked pulled turkey sandwich is a win!

  • Mix the smoked pulled turkey with 1/3 cup of Alabama white sauce.
  • Divide the turkey onto the bottom of four buns. Top with 1/4 cup of kale slaw. Spread the remaining white sauce on the top buns, and add the buns on top.
