Ninja Grilled Chicken Breasts

Cook up the juiciest grilled chicken breasts on your Ninja Grill with a simple salad dressing marinade and chicken rub.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 tbsp poultry seasoning

Instructions

  • Marinate: Place the chicken breasts in a zip-top bag with the salad dressing. Seal. Massage the dressing into the meat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
  • Heat Grill: Set the Ninja Grill to the grill function. Set the temperature to medium and the time to 30 minutes.
  • Season: Remove the chicken from the bag. Pat it dry and season all sides with the chicken rub.
  • Grill: Place the chicken on the grill, smooth side down. Grill for 7 minutes. Flip. Grill for 12-15 more minutes to an internal temperature of 165F degrees.
  • Rest: Let rest for 5-10 minutes. Then, slice and serve.

Notes

You can substitute the balsamic vinaigrette with any vinegar-based salad dressing or marinade.
The grill time is set to more time than is needed, so the grill doesn’t turn off, just in case the cook time takes a minute or so longer than expected.
If using the Ninja Woodfire Grill, you can add smoke flavor by pressing the Woodfire Flavor Technology button after selecting the grill cook function.
