Dry: Remove the turkey from the packaging, setting aside the gravy packet and discarding any thawed juices. Leave the elastic netting on the roast. Pat dry with paper towels.
Season: Brush the breast roast with olive oil. Season all over with turkey rub.
Set Grill: Add wood pellets to the pellet box. Set the Ninja Woodfire Grill function to smoker, temp to 325F degrees and time to 2 hours.
Smoke: Place the turkey on the grill. Cook to an internal temperature of 165-170F degrees. This will take about 90 minutes.
Rest: Remove the turkey breast from the smoker. Wrap loosely in aluminum foil. Rest for 10-15 minutes. Heat the gravy packet while the turkey is resting.
Slice: Remove the foil. Use scissors to cut away the netting. Carve into slices and serve.
Optional Roasted Potatoes
Season: Toss the potatoes in olive oil and seasoning. The petite gold potatoes from Kroger come with a seasoning packet. You can mix everything in the included container.
Roast: After the turkey has been smoking for 1 hour, add the seasoned potatoes to the grill. Cook for 30 minutes, or until they're fork tender.

Notes
To make your own turkey breast roast, purchase fresh turkey breasts and some meat netting. Place two breasts together, insert them into the elastic net and cut the netting to size.
