- 2 pkgs Lit'l Smokies 28 ozs total
- 1/2 cup chipotle sauce 7.76-oz can
- 1 3/4 cup raspberry preserves
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Heat Smoker: Heat your grill or smoker to 250F degrees with an indirect heat zone.
Mix: Mix all of the ingredients together in a 13 x 9 aluminum pan.
Smoke: Place the sausages on the grill or smoker over indirect heat. Smoke for 2 hours.
Serve: Remove from the grill and place on a platter. Serve with toothpicks.
