- 1 lb chicken wings
- 1 tbsp chicken wing rub or your favorite rub
- 1/2 cup sauce optional
Heat Grill: Heat your grill to 350F degrees with an indirect heat zone. See post above for details.
Season: Place wings on a baking sheet and pat dry with a paper towel. Season all sides with the rub.
Grill: Place the wings on the grill over indirect heat. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 195-205F degrees. This will take 30-45 minutes.
