Perfectly Juicy Grilled Pork Chops

When grilling pork chops, if you only flip them once and pull them from the grill when they reach 145 degrees, you’ll have perfectly juicy grilled pork chops every time.

  1. Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle liberally with garlic and herb seasoning.

  2. Heat the grill to 400-450 F degrees. 

  3. Place the chops on the grill. Grill for 7 minutes. Flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes to desired wellness (USDA recommends 145 F degrees).

  4. Remove to a plate or pan. Cover with foil and let rest for 3 minutes.

Tips

You can use any type of barbecue seasoning to change the flavor profile.
