Heat Grill: Set your Ninja Woodfire Grill to the grill function. Set the temperature to hi and the time to 20 minutes. If you want smoke flavor, add pellets to the side box and press the woodfire technology button.
Season: Rub olive oil and the seasonings on both sides of each chop.
Grill: When the grill is preheated, place the pork chops on the grill in a single layer. Close the hood and grill for 8 minutes.
Flip: After 8 minutes, flip the chops over and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 145F degrees.
Rest: Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

I always set the timer to more minutes than is required for the recipe so the grill doesn't shut down in the middle of the cook.
