When it comes to smoking a rack of ribs there are three different methods that work GREAT!

The 3-2-1 method is super for those of you who have a pellet grill or traditional smoker, especially if you like taking things low and slow.

The Hot and Fast method will cut your cook time in half and is what most pitmasters do on the competition circuit.

If you have a drum smoker, you’re lucky because that means you can hang your ribs. This is the method I use when competing.
