There’s nothing like roasting marshmallows over a campfire and smashing them between graham crackers with chocolate. Oh how I love me some good s’mores.

But this recipe makes things a little easier and more versatile.

You start things off with a waffle cone. Instead of ice cream, fill it with all things s’mores.

For a plain creation, just start with chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Wrap it in foil, and place it at the edge of the coals for a few minutes, until everything gets nice and melty inside.

Want to imagine yourself at a tropical campfire? Mix up your ingredients.

Try white chocolate chips, dried pineapple, macadamia nuts and marshmallows. Don’t forget the shredded coconut.

The creations are really only limited by your imagination. Some of my other favorite s’mores cones fillers include frozen chocolate covered bananas, smears of peanut butter or chocolate hazelnut spread and nuts and pretzels.
