  • Roma tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to medium-high (375-400F degrees).
  2. Slice the tomatoes in half.
  3. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Grill cut side down 3-4 minutes.
  5. Flip grill 3-4 minutes.
