Roma tomatoes work well on the grill because they are more firm. After flipping, consider topping with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
- Roma tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Heat the grill to medium-high (375-400F degrees).
- Slice the tomatoes in half.
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Grill cut side down 3-4 minutes.
- Flip grill 3-4 minutes.
