  • Carrots
  • Olive oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill to medium-high (375-400F degrees).
  2. Peel the carrots.
  3. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Grill 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
